The defining character of a community is the quality of its
schools. A strong system of public education is the cornerstone of local governance. Without it, people have little
reason to invest in the structures of society that make a community sound.
We are a coalition of independent minded residents of Upper
Darby from the Democratic, Republican, and Green Parties. We believe in something very simple - that the needs of a
well run school system do not exist within the context of a single party dominated school board.
We need to change the current system.
